Preparing the floor surface

When it is an older home, we will assess the level of work required once the old flooring has been removed, as there may be some surprises such as mould, damaged subflooring, pieces missing, etc. Floor preparation may include removing additional flooring, adding screwed plywood to prepare for ceramic tiles, levelling if required, and more adjustments to make the flooring look good. Our flooring installers will make sure all is good before proceeding.
